We are looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our residential remodeling team. You will work on kitchens, bathrooms, basements, decks, and custom carpentry projects. This role requires precision, craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing, trim work, cabinetry, and general carpentry

• Install doors, windows, flooring, and interior finishing

• Read and interpret blueprints and project plans

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment safely

• Assist with demolition and structural modifications

• Maintain a clean and organized job site

• Communicate progress and needs to project managers

Requirements

• Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and building standards

• Ability to measure, cut, and build accurately

• Reliable transportation

• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills

• Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs
